Is the Haier HRF575XHS worth buying?

How does the SwitchZone compartment work?

Does the HRF575XHS need plumbing?

Electrical, refrigerant and installation requirements
The manual’s technical data lists 220–240V at 50Hz and R600a refrigerant with a 75g charge.
