How much does Qwak Reborn cost?

Can you play Qwak Reborn offline?
The campaign and local multiplayer do not rely on matchmaking servers, and native online multiplayer is not listed. However, the Steam edition still uses Steam DRM. Does Qwak Reborn support controllers?
Yes. Steam marks the game as having Full Controller Support and Xbox Controller support, and the store says, “The developers recommend playing this game with a controller.” A controller is especially sensible if you plan to use the shared-screen two-player modes.
