Power Freeze is the rapid-freezing mode. Use it when you have added a substantial amount of unfrozen food and need the freezer to pull the temperature down quickly. Follow the control-panel instructions for activation and the recommended operating period in the manual; leaving any boost mode active unnecessarily increases energy demand.

You fill the tank manually, return it to its seated position and dispense chilled water from the door. That makes installation possible in a rental, apartment or kitchen without a nearby water line, and it avoids hiring a plumber.
How to use the refillable dispenser
- Remove or open the reservoir according to the manual’s handle and latch instructions.
- Fill it with potable drinking water; do not add juice, carbonated drinks or hot liquid.
- Close the lid securely and reinstall the tank so its valve engages correctly.
- Dispense and discard the first few cups after initial installation or cleaning, following Samsung’s hygiene instructions.

Before ordering, measure the doorway, hallway turns, lift or stair landing and the final opening. A refrigerator that fits the alcove may still be impossible to bring through a tight doorway. Those statements cannot safely be combined into a single promise. A longer compressor-parts period may not cover labour, the control board, fans, shelves, seals, dispenser components or the complete appliance.
