Zapfloor is workspace management software for coworking spaces, multi-tenant buildings, and corporate offices. It supports desk and meeting-room booking, interactive floor plans, recurring bookings, QR code check-in, visitor management, workplace analytics, billing, online payments, and access-control integrations. Web, iOS, and Android applications give operators, landlords, building managers, and corporate facilities teams access across common workplace workflows.
The published plans are Launch, Growth, and Enterprise. Launch is for smaller multi-tenant and coworking locations, Growth is for growing multi-tenant hubs, and Enterprise is for large, complex multi-tenant environments. Each listed plan covers one location and uses annual, upfront billing. Pricing is handled through contact with sales, and there is no free plan. That model fits organizations that want a commercial workspace system and are prepared to assess plans through a sales process rather than compare public prices.
