Yesware is a sales engagement platform for individual sellers, sales teams, small and midsize businesses, and enterprise organizations. It works inside Gmail and Microsoft Outlook, combining email tracking, reusable templates, automated follow-ups, meeting scheduling, reporting, contact management, and CRM integrations. Campaigns can include email, phone, LinkedIn, and custom tasks, while dynamic fields and individual editing support personalized outreach.

Pricing is structured around four annual per-seat plans. Free Forever costs $0 and includes basic open and attachment tracking, 10 campaign recipients per month, and Meeting Scheduler. Pro costs $15 per seat per month and adds unlimited open, link, and attachment tracking, 20 campaign recipients per month, plus personal and recipient engagement reports. Premium costs $35 and adds unlimited campaigns, unlimited teams, shared templates and campaigns, and team reporting. Enterprise costs $65 and adds Salesforce Inbox Sidebar, Salesforce email and calendar sync, bi-directional activity sync, and Salesforce single sign-on. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Its platform fit is a central strength: Yesware supports web access and a Chrome extension, with Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Zoom integrations. Campaign activity includes opens, clicks, attachments, replies, and engagement reporting, giving teams visibility into outreach performance. Small teams should consider it when they want affordable sales engagement with multichannel touches and personalization. Teams needing unlimited campaigns will need Premium or Enterprise, while Salesforce-heavy organizations may need Enterprise for the deepest connected workflow.
