WorkoutBooking is browser-based management software for fitness and wellness studios, gyms, schools and businesses organized around classes, bookings, packages or memberships. It brings together online booking, class scheduling, member profiles, subscriptions, visit packages, online payments and automatic subscription renewals. Studios can also manage instructors and teams, send email and SMS notifications, track referrals and rewards, record income and expenses, and assign classes or services to multiple addresses within one studio. It fits operators that want core administrative and booking functions in a single web service.
The published plans are based on active-member counts. Starter costs €40 per month for up to 50 active members. Growth costs €60 per month for up to 150 active members, while Scale costs €90 per month for up to 300 active members. Pricing is displayed as starting prices, excludes 24% VAT, and the final price may depend on the business relationship. SMS credits are charged separately.
