Workleap Pingboard combines interactive org charts, an employee directory, and planning tools for organizations that need to understand reporting lines, departments, roles, and cross-functional teams. Its drag-and-drop charts, searchable profiles, Teams Matrix, custom employee fields, shareable links, iframe embedding, and PDF, PNG, and CSV exports support both everyday directory use and organizational planning. It is best suited to larger teams that need more than a static hierarchy.
Pricing is positioned around annual Workleap suite tiers. Standard costs $4,999 per year and includes the org chart, people directory, integrations catalog, SSO, goals management, and team health and engagement reports. Pro costs $11,999 per year and adds API access, SAML SSO, custom properties and segments, and advanced security. Enterprise uses custom pricing for organizations with more than 250 employees.
