Vizito is a cloud-based visitor management system for offices, schools, logistics facilities, construction sites and other organizations that receive visitors. It replaces paper logbooks with digital registration through tablets, kiosks or QR-code check-in from a visitor’s smartphone. Core workflows include pre-registration, invitations, host notifications, configurable forms, agreements, privacy notices, visitor badges, audit trails, emergency alerts and host approval or rejection. Teams can access Vizito through the web, iOS, Android and API options, making it suitable for organizations that want a structured visitor process across different sites and devices.
Pricing is organized into three paid plans, all listed per location per month with annual billing. Standard costs $29.95 and includes up to 100 visits per month, unlimited hosts, users, kiosks and QR codes, email support, and SMS notifications. Pro costs $59.95 and raises the allowance to 300 visits per month, while adding phone support and customer success onboarding.
