Valotalive is cloud-based digital signage software for workplaces, frontline teams, and enterprise organizations. It centralizes administration for displays, users, apps, playlists, and permissions, while supporting scheduled content, live dashboards, interactive displays, multizone layouts, and remote publishing. Content managers can publish through web and mobile interfaces, and administrators can organize access with role-based controls and organizational groups. It runs on web, Windows, and Android.
Published plans show two main pricing approaches. Starter costs €10 per app per display monthly or €99 annually, with pay-as-you-go app usage, unlimited users, user access management, and publishing from laptop and mobile. Awesome costs €37 per display monthly or €378 annually, adding unlimited app use, My Content API, Data Transfer API, and 40+ workplace tools and applications. Enterprise includes everything in Awesome plus SSO, volume discounts, and personalized enterprise support. A 14-day trial is available, while the product does not have a permanent free plan.
