Our verdict on UserSesh

UserSesh is a web analytics product for teams building software with AI coding tools. It combines session recordings, click, scroll, and movement heatmaps with real-time analytics, JavaScript error tracking, rage-click detection, custom events, alerts, and AI-powered issue detection. The product is aimed at low-cost web teams that want to connect visitor behavior with development workflows. Its public beta includes the listed features at no charge and supports unlimited sites.

Pricing is structured around a free Beta plan and two upcoming paid tiers. Beta includes session recordings, heatmaps, real-time analytics, error tracking, and unlimited sites during the public beta. Pro is listed at $19 per month and adds 50,000 sessions per month, 90-day data retention, funnel analysis, advanced filtering, API access, and priority support. Team is listed at $79 per month with unlimited sessions, one-year data retention, team members and roles, Slack integration, custom event schemas, and dedicated support. The paid tiers are described as coming soon, so the current entry point is the public beta.

Developer-tool connectivity is a central strength. Teams can install UserSesh through a tracker script, SDK, or CLI, then connect analytics data to Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, and other MCP clients. Discord and email alerts are available, while Slack integration is included in Team. This makes UserSesh a strong fit for web teams that want issue signals inside an AI-assisted coding workflow rather than in a separate analytics destination. Teams needing mobile capture should choose a mobile-capable alternative, while teams focused on web behavior and AI-supported debugging should find the feature mix well aligned.
