Its hospitality focus makes it especially relevant for teams that need to monitor reputation across sources such as Google, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Airbnb, and other travel platforms. Web and API access support different operating environments.
Pricing is structured by property and billed annually. Lite starts at $75 per property per month and includes the centralized review inbox, Sentiment AI, competitor benchmarking, keyword search, analytics, and reporting tools. Essential costs $130 per property per month and adds scheduled reports, the survey module, public survey sharing, marketing widgets, and multilingual support.
