It is designed for solo practitioners, single-location clinics, aesthetic practices, and chains managing multiple brands, branches, rooms, and practitioners. Its core workflows cover booking, payments, confirmations, GST-compliant invoicing, treatment packages, patient communication, inventory, dispensing, and branch operations through web and API access.
Scheduling and operational breadth are its clearest strengths. Clinics can configure multi-session treatment packages with room rules and gap-day rules, track partial body-part completion, and use a booking wizard for scheduling, payments, and confirmation. Two-way WhatsApp confirmations and reminders process replies, while the patient WhatsApp portal supports confirmations, rescheduling, and receipt downloads. FEFO batch inventory adds expiry and low-stock alerts, and prescription dispensing can be linked to inventory batches. These capabilities make Trueatoms a practical choice for clinics coordinating repeat treatments and stock across rooms or branches.
