Our verdict on Tractian CMMS

Tractian CMMS is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system for maintenance and reliability teams. It is designed for industrial operations, manufacturing facilities and organizations managing complex maintenance workflows. The platform centralizes assets, locations, work requests, work orders, maintenance plans, inspections, checklists, spare parts, vendors and reporting. Technicians can access tasks through web, iOS and Android applications, while teams can connect the system through its API.

The pricing structure is straightforward across the listed paid plans. Standard costs $60 per user per month when billed annually and includes Tractian AI, unlimited assets, unlimited requesters, CMMS Core features, Security Keys and Passkey Sign-in, and no platform fee. Enterprise costs $100 per user per month when billed annually and adds Custom Entities and Single Sign-On (SSO) to the Standard capabilities. The Bundle includes either Standard or Enterprise, along with unlimited viewers, Patented Failure Detection, AI Root Cause Analysis, Automated Failure Reports and Factory Floor Plans. Implementation is described as a separate one-time fee.

Integration breadth is a central reason to consider Tractian CMMS. Native connections include SAP, IBM Maximo, Oracle, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Slack, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Xero, QuickBooks, Infor and Autodesk. Integrations through APIs and native SQL access extend its fit for organizations with established operational and reporting systems. Its feature set also spans maintenance scheduling, workload planning, inventory, vendor workflows and mobile technician task completion. Choose Tractian when broad CMMS coverage and ecosystem connectivity matter; consider alternatives if a lower entry price or a simpler maintenance tool is the priority.
