Tracer combines med spa practice management with electronic medical records for aesthetic practices. It is designed for injectors and clinical teams that need more than appointment booking, with body-diagram templates, injection-site mapping, voice-dictated notes, patient records, digital consent forms, scheduling, payments, inventory, memberships, packages, and vouchers. Providers can chart on iPad, while front-desk teams use browser-based booking, check-in, and checkout workflows. Web and iOS coverage supports both clinical and administrative use.
Pricing is straightforward across two monthly plans. Solo Injector costs $79 per month and includes clinical charting, online scheduling and booking, digital consent forms and e-signatures, payment processing, inventory management, and HIPAA compliance. Med Spa costs $119 per month and includes the same published highlights. Both plans are paid subscriptions, with no free plan described. The month-to-month model may suit practices that want a recurring subscription rather than a longer commitment, while the two-tier structure keeps the choice relatively simple.
