Our verdict on Tracardi
Tracardi is an open-source customer data platform for teams that need to collect, process, unify, segment, and activate customer data. It accepts events from websites, mobile applications, APIs, queues, databases, and other systems, then associates activity with customer profiles. Its core capabilities include real-time processing, identity resolution, profile merging, workflow-based event routing, audience segmentation, and outbound activation. The platform is available through web, API, and self-hosted deployments, with Docker support for organizations that want control over their infrastructure.
The open-source version is the clearest entry point. Its published plan includes behavioral data collection from multiple sources, stitching one customer profile, event and profile orchestration, and simple automation. Commercial editions add capabilities for more complex operating models: the Enterprise Version includes event validation, custom profile merging, parallel data processing, extended automation, programmable data streams, and customer activation. The Multi-Tenant Version adds multi-tenant setup, installation and integration support, and a lower price per tenant installation. Commercial plans use contact-sales pricing rather than published amounts.
