Our verdict on Tomba
Sales, marketing, and recruiting teams can use Tomba to find professional email addresses and related contact data. Searches can start with a person's full name and company domain, a domain, a LinkedIn profile, or an article author; CSV processing supports bulk discovery. The product also covers email and company enrichment, phone finding and validation, and email verification. That breadth suits teams that want discovery and basic contact-data workflows together, rather than a tool focused only on one search method.
Bulk processing and verification are central strengths. Tomba can process CSV files and reports deliverability status for found addresses; source URLs and discovery dates add context for evaluating results. For teams that want to move beyond the web app, the product lists a Chrome extension, REST API, and official SDK access. Its eight integrations include Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, and Salesforce, giving spreadsheet and workflow users several ways to connect discovery to existing processes. Choose Tomba if those methods and connections match your workflow; consider a more narrowly focused tool if you only need occasional single-address lookups.
