Our verdict on Todolet

Todolet is a free personal task-management tool for organizing work across a week and assigning tasks to specific days. It runs in a browser, stores tasks locally on the device, and does not require an account or cloud sync. Users can add tasks, mark them complete, export backups, import saved task data, and export the viewed week as an iCal file. The app is designed for phone use, can be installed to a home screen, and works offline. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

The planning experience centers on a week-at-a-glance view rather than a broad task-management system. Users can place tasks on days and mark them complete, which suits lightweight weekly planning and personal routines. Local browser storage keeps the task list on the device, while backup import and export provides a way to move or preserve saved task data. Weekly iCal export adds a practical calendar handoff, but it is an export feature rather than two-way calendar synchronization.

Todolet’s narrow scope is also its main boundary. The published feature set does not include reminders, recurring tasks, subtasks, collaboration, integrations, or cloud sync. Platform support is centered on the web, with phone-oriented use and offline access. Choose Todolet if you want a free, private planning board for personal weekly organization without an account. Choose a broader task app instead if you need automated reminders, repeating work, nested task structure, shared lists, connected services, or cross-platform support beyond the browser.
