Our verdict on THERMS
THERMS is security guard operations software for private security, patrol, and special-event teams. It brings together structured incident and daily activity reports, guard scheduling, timekeeping, patrol routes, dispatch, records management, and client-facing activity visibility. Officers can use the mobile app to submit reports, scan NFC and QR checkpoints, view assignments, clock in and out, and access operational information. The combination suits firms that need one system for field activity and office coordination across web, iOS, and Android.
Its strongest area is operational coverage. The dispatch console supports event assignment and status tracking, while drag-and-drop scheduling connects with GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out. Supervisors can follow live GPS locations, review geofences and GPS history playback, and manage patrol routes with checkpoint scans. Records for people, vehicles, and properties extend the system beyond shift scheduling, while custom report templates and scheduled client-ready PDF delivery support recurring communication with customers. The client portal adds permission-controlled visibility into activity.
Pricing is based on active user ranges and provides full platform access at every published tier.
