Our verdict on Target
Target’s Android app brings shopping across groceries, apparel, beauty, home and electronics together with order fulfillment and loyalty features. It is suited to general retail shoppers who want to browse products, place orders for shipping, pickup or eligible delivery, and track order status in one place. In-store pickup and Drive Up are available options, and shoppers can set substitution preferences for eligible pickup and delivery orders. Target Circle is free to join and includes deals and rewards.
The free membership covers Target Circle deals and rewards, while Circle 360 adds delivery and shipping benefits. According to the published plans, the monthly Circle 360 option costs $10.99; the annual option costs $99. Both include unlimited same-day delivery orders over $35 and free 2-day shipping on eligible items. The listed Circle 360 offer includes a 14-day trial. That paid tier is most relevant to shoppers who expect to use its delivery or shipping benefits; the free Circle membership remains the fit for people primarily interested in deals and rewards.
Fulfillment flexibility is the app’s main strength, but eligibility matters: same-day delivery depends on location and item, and the Circle 360 delivery benefit applies to orders over $35. Order status and shipment tracking help shoppers follow purchases, while the app also supports in-app checkout and reward redemption. Choose Target if its pickup and delivery options fit your shopping routine and you value access to a wide range of retail categories. Shoppers seeking guaranteed same-day service regardless of location or order contents should look elsewhere; delivery is not universally available.
