TablePlan.io is a browser-based event seating planner for weddings, banquets, conferences, corporate events and other gatherings. It is designed for couples, event planners, venues and business event organizers who need to turn a guest list into a workable seating plan. Organizers can import guests from pasted text or spreadsheets, drag guests onto tables, edit a venue floor plan with table shapes and room elements, track RSVPs and dietary needs, and share or print the finished plan. It works on laptops, tablets and phones without requiring an installation.
The pricing structure is straightforward. The Free demo provides the full planner in the browser, supports a sample wedding or an organizer’s own guest list, saves work in the browser and requires no account. It does not support account saving, sharing, printing or exporting.
