Sipfront Probe is an active synthetic testing product for voice teams that need to validate SIP and PSTN behavior before and during releases. Its audience includes CCaaS and UCaaS vendors, telcos, voice AI companies, and telecom integrators. Probe places functional and concurrent calls to check codecs, DTMF, hold, transfer, T.38 fax, routing, least-cost routing, and call content. It also supports infrastructure-upgrade regression testing and measures MOS, jitter, packet loss, and RTT.
Its strongest fit is large-scale validation rather than narrow call checks. Probe supports load and stress testing up to 100,000+ concurrent calls, while the published Growth plan includes 100 concurrent load test calls and Carrier includes 1,000. Enterprise lists 2,000 concurrent load test calls, with custom volume, SLA, and terms.
