SingularityApp combines to-do lists, recurring schedules, reminders, calendar views, notes, habits, and project organization in one application. It is designed for personal planning and small-team collaboration, with shared projects, task assignment, nested tasks, attachments, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and a Pomodoro timer. Its strongest fit is for people who organize work around calendars and want more structure than a basic task list.
Pricing is freemium. The Basic plan is free and includes up to 10 projects, five sections per project, three habits, one reminder per task, a Pomodoro timer, and connected web calendars for viewing. Pro costs $3.33 per month with annual billing or $3.99 monthly. It adds sync across all devices, unlimited projects, sections, and habits, calendar views, Google Calendar integration, Telegram and email task capture, alarm mode, GPS reminders, and 50MB of cloud storage. Elite costs $4.17 per month annually or $4.99 monthly, adding 2GB of storage, image notes with an advanced editor, 4K photo attachments, Kanban boards, and an AI assistant with support for user-provided models.
