SignifyCRM brings sales, service and marketing workflows into a cloud CRM for teams that need more than lead tracking. It covers leads and opportunities, a visual Kanban pipeline, quotation approval and revision, sales orders, billing and payment scheduling, service cases, campaigns, dashboards and workflow automation. Its Google Workspace add-on lets users create CRM records from Gmail, archive customer emails, and synchronize meetings, calls and tasks with Google Calendar. The product is aimed at small and midsize businesses that need quotes, billing and service case management alongside sales follow-up.
Google Workspace is a practical part of the product’s fit: Gmail and Calendar synchronization are included, and integrations also include Google Drive, Box.com, Line, Facebook, Microsoft Outlook, Mailchimp, POP3, SMTP, n8n and ERP systems. The Google Workspace add-on is listed as free of charge, but the CRM subscription is paid. Web, iOS and Android access, plus mobile check-ins and job-status updates, extend the workflow beyond the inbox. Buyers already organized around Gmail and Calendar may find this combination useful; teams seeking a CRM narrowly focused on pipeline tracking may not need the service, billing and campaign breadth.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, Lite costs $29 per user per month, with five hours of remote training and 20 support tickets per year. Standard costs $72 per user per month, includes all modules, ten hours of training per year and unlimited support. Annual prices are $313 per user for Lite and $778 for Standard. The page states a five-user minimum. A customized enterprise option covers tailored modules, integrations with existing systems, implementation and managed support. Choose SignifyCRM when these sales-to-service workflows justify a paid subscription and minimum team size; compare established CRM alternatives if cost is the priority or the team needs only a basic pipeline.
