Sertifi by Flywire is a cloud-based agreement and e-signature platform for hotels, venues, event teams, and travel companies. It supports creating and sending signature requests, managing contracts, collecting payments, and handling card authorizations. Hospitality and travel organizations can use reusable documents, signature-location templates, audit trails, downloadable folder certificates, signer authentication, and sequential or parallel signing workflows. The platform is available through web and API access, with industry-specific packages for hotel and lodging, event and venue, and travel advisor organizations.
Its plan structure centers on different combinations of authorizations, e-signatures, and payments. Free Travel Company Authorizations covers Travel Company Authorizations. Essentials adds Payments with SertifiPay and lets customers select either e-signatures or authorizations. Premium includes Payments with SertifiPay, E-signatures, and Authorizations. A Build-your-own package is configured with a Sertifi account manager. Pricing uses a contact-sales model, so organizations should expect a sales-led buying process rather than self-serve plan selection. E-signatures appear in paid packages, while the free offering is limited to travel-company authorizations.
Sertifi stands out when signing must connect with payment or authorization workflows and hospitality systems. Its integrations include Amadeus Delphi.fdc, Infor HMS, Infor Sales & Catering, STS Cloud, Oracle OPERA Cloud Service, Salesforce, Nintex, Zuora, and Okta. REST API access, embedded signature forms, bulk sending of hundreds of files, SMS and other authentication methods, and API-based document management support more customized implementations. Organizations seeking a general-purpose signing tool with transparent online pricing may prefer an alternative. Sertifi is a stronger fit for hospitality, travel, and event operations that need agreements, payment-linked processes, and industry-system integrations together.
