It combines branded booking pages with appointment and service management, calendar synchronization, automated reminders, group appointments, recurring appointments, payment collection, and team routing. The product is suited to organizations that need more than simple one-to-one scheduling, especially when bookings must be distributed by territory, specialty, or round-robin rules.
Its plan structure scales from a constrained free offering to team-oriented and enterprise options. The Free plan includes one user seat, one event type, one calendar connection, Native Schedly Video, full integration access, and unlimited bookings. Pro adds unlimited event types, unlimited calendar connections, unlimited teams and seats, payment collection at booking, routing logic, advanced scheduling analytics, and API access. Enterprise adds custom pricing, white-label branding, a dedicated account manager, custom integrations and SSO, and custom features.
