Zoho Bookings is an online appointment scheduling platform for solopreneurs, teams, and service businesses. It lets customers book through published pages and shareable links while businesses manage availability, staff, calendars, workspaces, notifications, payments, and appointment workflows. Booking types include one-on-one, group, collective, recurring, and resource appointments, making it suitable for both individual professionals and organizations coordinating multiple providers.
The pricing structure starts with Forever Free, which supports one user, online meetings, notification emails and reminders, and two-way calendar sync. Basic adds team scheduling, round-robin distribution, appointment reports, and booking pages. Premium adds multiple workspaces, payment providers, advanced integrations, and revenue reports.
