Our verdict on Salesforce Loyalty Management

Salesforce Loyalty Management is a cloud-based application for designing, operating, and analyzing B2B and B2C loyalty programs. It covers points, tiers, rewards, redemption rules, promotions, partner incentives, gamification, member badges, and automated loyalty-triggered journeys. Large organizations already centered on Salesforce are the clearest fit, particularly those managing customer, partner, or multiple loyalty initiatives across web and API channels.

Pricing is structured across three annual-billing plans. Starter costs $20,000 per organization per month and includes 100,000 Brand Advocates, CRM Analytics for Loyalty Management Base App License, and Quick Promotions. Growth costs $35,000 per organization per month and adds Member Administration, Reward Management, Full Benefit Management, Dynamic Promotions Management, Partner Administration, and single program setup. Advanced costs $45,000 per organization per month and includes those listed Growth capabilities plus multiple program setup. The plan structure suits organizations that need a defined progression from core promotions to broader administration and multi-program management, but the entry price makes it a poor match for smaller teams or modest loyalty initiatives.

Its strongest differentiator is ecosystem fit. Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and POS systems are listed integrations, while Connect APIs, integration kits, a loyalty member portal template, and a Mobile SDK support member experiences across channels. The product also combines member and partner administration with lifecycle automation, referrals, gamification, and dynamic promotions, giving large Salesforce-centered enterprises a broad operating layer for loyalty. Organizations outside that ecosystem, or those seeking a narrowly focused and lower-cost loyalty tool, should look elsewhere.
