Salesforce Health Cloud is a web-based healthcare CRM for providers, payers, and other healthcare organizations managing patient, provider, and care-team relationships. Its scope covers patient 360-degree views, relationship tracking, referrals, care coordination, outreach, utilization management, and prior-authorization workflows. It also addresses provider recruitment, credentialing, contracting, and onboarding, making it a fit for large organizations whose CRM needs extend across clinical and nonclinical operations.

Pricing is structured across four paid plans, all billed annually per user per month. Health Cloud Enterprise starts at $350 and includes Clinical and Insurance Data Models, Integrated Care Management, and OmniStudio and FlexCards. Health Cloud Unlimited costs $525 and adds more storage and automation, predictive and generative AI, a Premier Success Plan, and a Full Sandbox. Health Cloud Agentforce 1 for Service and Health Cloud Agentforce 1 for Sales each cost $750 and include Agentforce for Health Cloud, Flex Credits, Data Cloud, Slack, and Analytics. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card, but it is not a permanent free plan.

The platform’s breadth is its defining strength. Salesforce Health Cloud combines referrals, patient outreach, care plans, provider-network management, workflow automation through Flow, OmniStudio, and Business Rules Engine, plus EHR and external-system integration. Integrations listed include Jira, LinkedIn, QuickBooks, and DocuSign. AI-assisted patient access and care workflows are available, while HIPAA support requires customers to contact Salesforce regarding a Business Associate Addendum. Organizations seeking a broad system for coordinated healthcare relationship management should consider it; smaller teams or buyers with limited per-user budgets may prefer a narrower CRM.
