SAGARIS combines lead routing with CRM, communications, automation, and AI features for founders, SDR teams, sales teams, RevOps teams, agencies, and other B2B revenue organizations. Its routing module evaluates geography, industry, company size, revenue tier, named accounts, and custom criteria. Teams can also use lead scoring across email engagement, company fit, behavior, decision-maker level, and recency. The product is especially suited to early Salesforce and HubSpot adopters that need precise assignment logic rather than basic round-robin distribution.

Pricing is straightforward but high for smaller teams. The Founding partner plan costs $499 USD per seat per month and includes CRM, dialer, inbox, SMS, social, an AI receptionist, an AI coach, unlimited AI actions with fair use, two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync, approval gates, a full audit trail, and onboarding with a revenue engineer. The Enterprise plan includes everything in Founding, plus role-based access, regional data residency, custom approval workflows, a dedicated success engineer, security review, and DPA support. SAGARIS is described as pre-launch, with full opening planned for October 2026.

The strongest differentiator is the control built into routing operations. Rules support priority ordering and first-match evaluation, while assignment plans can use round-robin or least-loaded logic. Guarded ownership writes fill empty ownership fields without overwriting manual assignments. The REST API covers contacts, deals, activity, sequences, and suppression, and outbound webhooks include signing, retries, and dead-letter handling. A key limitation is that lead-level distribution generates a plan for manager approval instead of assigning automatically. Teams that need this approval step, two CRM connections, and detailed territory evaluation should consider SAGARIS; teams seeking automatic assignment or a lower per-seat cost should look elsewhere.

SAGARIS pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Detailed territory rules with priority ordering and first-match evaluation
    • Guarded ownership writes protect existing manual assignments
    • Salesforce, HubSpot, APIs, and signed retrying webhooks
  • Where it doesn't
    • $499 per seat per month makes it a premium option
    • Lead distribution plans require manager approval before assignment
    • Pre-launch status, with full opening planned for October 2026
