Our verdict on RouterJet
RouterJet is a web-based lead routing tool for sales teams using Pipedrive or Close. It automatically assigns new leads, deals, and contacts to representatives using round-robin, weighted, territory, attribute, availability, and escalation rules. Small and mid-sized teams that want automated handoffs inside their CRM are the clearest fit, particularly when core routing matters more than a broad integration ecosystem.
Pricing is straightforward and billed per active agent each month. Starter costs $10 per agent per month and includes round-robin assignment, email, SMS, Slack, and Telegram alerts, escalation after 30+ minutes, agent scheduling, and monthly reports. Business costs $20 per agent per month and adds WhatsApp alerts, escalation after 1+ minutes, weighted assignment, daily, weekly, or monthly reports, and unlimited rules. Both plans support the core routing workflow, while Business is better suited to teams that need faster follow-up, more assignment control, or more reporting frequency. A 14-day trial is available, and there is no free plan.
RouterJet’s main strength is routing depth within a focused CRM workflow. Teams can combine nested conditions with territory and lead attributes, manage agent availability, redistribute leads through escalation, and review distribution analytics and reports.
