It brings together weekly rota building, staff availability, manager-approved shift swaps, clock-in and payroll hours, reservations, floor plans, HACCP records, bookkeeping, stock and recipe costing, guest CRM, training, equipment servicing and team messaging. It suits managers who want scheduling alongside day-to-day operational records rather than a standalone rota tool. Staff can receive published rotas on their phones through iOS and Android apps, while managers can track labour costs during scheduling and export operational records.
Pricing is arranged by venue size and operating scope. Starter costs €49 per venue per month, including up to 15 staff, rota scheduling, geofenced clock-in/out, reservations, table management, mobile apps and Square POS integration. Pro costs €89 per venue per month and adds capacity for up to 30 staff, availability management, guest CRM and loyalty tiers, payroll summaries, staffing forecasts, AI insights, and VAT and P&L dashboards.
