RoadBays is cloud-based software for fleet operators, heavy-duty repair shops, and mobile mechanics. It connects maintenance cases, inspections, preventive schedules, tires, warranties, work orders, parts inventory, labor, estimates, invoices, and vendor coordination. Its strongest fit is an operation that needs an auditable maintenance record from request through billing, rather than a basic reminder tool.
The published Standard License includes full case management and workflows, a billing workbench from estimate to invoice, inventory with bins and price tables, custom inspections, preventive-maintenance scheduling, tire management, and telematics and TMS integrations. Pricing is contact-sales and licensed per user per month.
