Our verdict on Rise Vision

Rise Vision is a cloud-based digital signage platform for schools, districts, businesses, and other organizations. It combines presentation creation, customizable templates, scheduling, playlists, display management, and offline playback. Content can include text, images, videos, presentations, PDFs, webpages, HTML, RSS feeds, spreadsheets, calendars, YouTube, live streams, weather, and other supported formats. The platform works across web, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS, with management through a web dashboard and mobile app support.

Pricing is organized across three paid plans. Basic costs $11 USD per display per month and includes 750+ animated and customizable templates, unlimited content storage, unlimited users, scheduling and playlists, and offline playback. Advanced costs $138 USD per display per year and adds emergency alerts using CAP, Google Calendar and Google Sheets, Microsoft Calendar and PowerPoint, Meta integration, and email notifications for display status. Enterprise costs $164 USD per display per year and adds an unlimited displays option, screen sharing, content approval workflows, enterprise license management, and SAML single sign-on. School and nonprofit discounts and volume discounts are also available.

Its strongest distinction is the combination of communication and governance tools. Organizations can send emergency alerts, use moderator-mode screen sharing, create interactive touchscreen presentations, and apply approval workflows before content reaches displays. Integrations span Canva, YouTube, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Domo, social platforms, and RSS. AI presentation generation and editing adds another content-creation option. Rise Vision suits organizations that need alerts, offline playback, and structured content management across varied displays. Teams seeking a lower-cost entry point or a free plan should consider alternatives.
