Our verdict on RemoteCall
RemoteCall is remote-support software for customer service and IT assistance. It lets agents connect to and control PCs, mobile devices, and tablets through a web viewer or Windows agent application. The product supports attended access across web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Chrome extension, API, and self-hosted environments. Core capabilities include screen sharing and control, file transfer, session recording, voice and text chat, drawing tools, session logs, access history, and administrator permissions. It is suited to support teams that need one system for computer assistance, mobile help, and camera-based visual support.
Pricing is organized around Base, Mobile, and Visual packs. With annual billing, Base Pack costs $49.92 per user per month and adds browser access without installation, file transfer up to 1,000MB, session and access history, and session recording. Mobile Pack costs $66.59 and includes Base Pack features plus mobile screen control, mobile screen sharing, and mobile-to-mobile support. Visual Support costs $40.84 and includes real-time video support, browser access, QR and barcode scanning, and one-click connection via SMS. Visual Pack costs $62.42 and adds file transfer up to 1,000MB, session recording, and sound and program sharing. Monthly prices are also available, with the listed packs costing $59.90, $79.90, $49, and $74.90 respectively. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
RemoteCall’s main distinction is breadth across support channels. Smartphone cameras enable mobile and visual assistance, while API and SDK options support embedding functionality into web or mobile applications. SaaS and on-premise deployment options provide different operating models, and administrator controls support permission management. Choose RemoteCall if your team needs remote control alongside browser-based access, mobile support, visual assistance, and session records across multiple platforms. Consider an alternative if a free plan is essential or if you want one lower-cost tier that combines every mobile and visual capability.
