Receipt Wrangler is an open-source receipt management application for individuals and groups that want control over deployment and receipt data. It supports manual receipt creation, image and PDF uploads, OCR and AI-assisted extraction, categories, tags, comments, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and mobile capture. Sharing and expense splitting make it suitable for households, teams, and other groups managing receipts together. Its strongest fit is for self-hosters who value flexibility over a managed setup.

Capture workflows include Quick Scan for one or multiple receipt images or PDFs, plus Magic Fill for populating fields from an uploaded image.
