QuotoMoto is quoting software for contractors and service businesses that need to create, send, approve, sign, and collect payment for customer quotes. It supports branded, itemized quotes shared by email or text, online approval, electronic signatures, deposits or full-balance payments through Stripe or PayPal, and quote tracking from draft through paid. Client profiles, notes, quote history, team roles, view-only accounts, and a shared calendar extend the workflow beyond quote creation. The product is web-only and is currently in beta.

Its pricing is structured around usage and team size. The Free plan supports one owner user plus one view-only account, 15 quotes per month, One-Click Pay Now, e-signature capture, and saved quote templates. Pro costs $24 per month with monthly billing or $20 per month with annual billing, and adds up to three staff seats, unlimited viewers, 60 quotes per month, automatic quote nudges and reminders, full branding, and client profiles. Scale costs $49 monthly or $41 per month with annual billing, adding up to 10 staff seats, unlimited quotes, a team pipeline view, analytics, Zapier and automation integrations, and priority email support. Enterprise provides unlimited seats, custom onboarding, dedicated support and SLA, and personalized in-built functions.

The strongest fit is a small service team that wants quoting, approval, signatures, payments, and basic pipeline visibility in one web-based workflow. Stripe and PayPal cover payment collection, while Zapier, Make, and an API support automation connections. The Free plan offers a useful starting point, but its quote and user limits may quickly constrain active teams. Pro is suited to smaller collaborative teams, while Scale is the more natural choice for higher quote volume and pipeline oversight. Teams that require a non-web platform or are not comfortable adopting a beta product should consider alternatives.
