Qrental is cloud-based rental management software for equipment businesses, particularly those handling heavy equipment, construction equipment or machinery. It suits small renters that want customers to reserve equipment online while staff also manage phone, email and counter bookings. Its calendar checks overlapping rental dates, and the system brings reservations, quotes, jobs, agreements, payments and invoicing into one workflow.
The booking workflow covers more than date selection. Customers can browse a storefront, choose rental dates and submit reservations through the storefront or a link embedded on an existing website. Staff can assign equipment and operators to jobs, build equipment packages and offer checkout add-ons. Rental agreements support electronic customer acceptance, while before-and-after condition photos can document equipment state. Stripe handles online payments and authorized tokenized-card charges. This breadth is useful for businesses that need reservation administration alongside rental records, though the listed integration is Stripe and the platform is web-only.
