Proposaly is a web-based sales platform for creating, sharing, tracking, signing, and collecting payment on proposals, agreements, and presentations. Its branded client hub gives customers a place to view documents, communicate, sign electronically, and pay. Sales teams, freelancers, agencies, consultants, service providers, startups, and small businesses can also use proposal alerts, analytics, conversion reporting, real-time collaboration, role permissions, and AI-assisted proposal generation. It fits teams that want client-facing proposal workflows gathered in one product rather than a document-only tool.
The published plans show a $99-per-month Workspace tier with proposals, agreements, presentations, payment requests, online payments, and rules automation. Agent costs $299 per month and adds one AI agent, inbound channels including web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, and email, voice conversations, connectors on agents, offline payments, webhooks, and priority support.
