Proposaly is a web-based sales platform for creating, sharing, tracking, signing, and collecting payment on proposals, agreements, and presentations. Its branded client hub gives customers a place to view documents, communicate, sign electronically, and pay. Sales teams, freelancers, agencies, consultants, service providers, startups, and small businesses can also use proposal alerts, analytics, conversion reporting, real-time collaboration, role permissions, and AI-assisted proposal generation. It fits teams that want client-facing proposal workflows gathered in one product rather than a document-only tool.

The published plans show a $99-per-month Workspace tier with proposals, agreements, presentations, payment requests, online payments, and rules automation. Agent costs $299 per month and adds one AI agent, inbound channels including web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, and email, voice conversations, connectors on agents, offline payments, webhooks, and priority support. Scale is $749 per month and adds a public API alongside everything in Workspace and Agent. Enterprise includes everything in Scale, plus live support and custom SLAs, with volume pricing and annual agreements. This structure makes Workspace the practical starting point, while advanced automation, conversational channels, and API access require a substantial increase in spend.

Proposaly’s main strength is breadth within the proposal journey: creation, branded presentation, client communication, signatures, payment collection, tracking, reporting, and collaboration are connected around a client hub. The web and API platform options support browser-based work and higher-tier programmatic access. Teams should pick Proposaly when the client experience and payment step matter as much as proposal creation. It is less suited to buyers seeking a free entry point, a lower-cost proposal tool, or public API access without moving to the Scale tier.
