Proposales is web-based proposal software for hotel groups and events teams selling groups, meetings, and events. It covers the path from inquiry to signed agreement with branded interactive web proposals, built-in electronic signatures, upselling, reminders, client activity tracking, and payment collection integrations. Hospitality sales teams can also use it to manage inquiries, collect invoicing details, and present a more interactive alternative to static proposal documents.
Pricing is structured around Premium, Enterprise, and the separate Inbox Widget add-on. Premium includes the interactive proposal builder, e-signatures, upselling, insights, custom branding, and PMS plus sales-and-catering integrations.
