Portrait Care is an all-in-one platform for medical spas and wellness clinics. It brings together electronic health records, charting, online booking, appointment and staff scheduling, payments, CRM, inventory, digital intake forms, reminders, marketing automation, and medical oversight workflows. Its positioning also covers weight-loss clinics, dermatology practices, plastic-surgery clinics, IV hydration lounges, and functional-medicine practices. The product is best suited to practices that want clinical records and operational tools in one system rather than a scheduling-only product.
The freemium structure provides a low-commitment starting point. The Free plan includes EHR, Charting, and Booking, and is available below 50 patients. The Paid plan costs $99 USD per location per month, billed monthly. It adds or includes EHR, Scheduling, Payments, CRM, and Inventory, while the broader product feature set includes treatment-linked inventory updates, searchable patient records, chart-attached intake forms, automated reminders, follow-up marketing, and email and SMS marketing automation.
