Our verdict on PitchTrack
PitchTrack is a Gmail-based email tracking and outreach tool for artists, managers, and record labels. Through a Chrome extension and connected dashboard, it tracks opens and link clicks, surfaces engagement indicators in Gmail, and adds recipient activity context. Its mix of tracking, contact organization, broadcasts, templates, and reporting is aimed at music outreach rather than general-purpose sales workflows. It supports personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, so it suits teams already working in those environments.
The tracking detail is a central strength: users can see first-open and last-open information, along with device and location context. Real-time activity alerts appear inside Gmail and the dashboard, while open and click status indicators are available in inbox, sent, and thread views. Broadcast reports and recipient-level outcome exports add a way to review campaign engagement. These features make PitchTrack a fit when knowing which recipient engaged, and when, matters more than reply management; reply tracking is not listed.
Pricing has three options. The Free Pack costs $0 per month and allows 100 tracked emails monthly, but excludes link tracking, the signature designer, and industry templates, and includes a PitchTrack watermark.
