Pipeline CRM is a cloud-based sales CRM for small and mid-size B2B teams. Its visual drag-and-drop pipeline, contact and company records, and deal management make it relevant to teams that need to organize sales activity, including construction businesses with general CRM needs. It is not positioned around construction-specific workflows, so teams seeking tools tailored to project delivery should weigh that distinction before choosing it.

The sales workflow spans email synchronization with Gmail and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, templates, tracking, bulk emails and campaigns, plus sales automations, tasks, notifications and follow-up rules. Reporting includes stage-weighted forecasting. Lead forms, document generation and electronic signatures extend the process, while the AI Email Assistant can draft, rewrite and make targeted edits to messages. Native iOS and Android apps include business-card scanning. Integrations include Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, Mailchimp, Zapier and Apollo, giving teams several ways to connect sales activity with business tools.

According to the vendor's pricing page, annual billing starts at $25 per user per month for Start, which has 1 pipeline and 250 active deals per account. Develop costs $33 and adds a second pipeline, capacity for 2,500 active deals per account, SuperShare external sharing, and multiple teams and pipelines. Grow is $49 and includes 5 pipelines, unlimited active deals, enhanced email synchronization, multiple currencies and advanced reporting. Enterprise lists 20 pipelines, unlimited active deals and custom pricing. The 14-day trial uses Grow; there is no permanent free plan. Teams needing straightforward sales tracking and mobile tools may find the tier choices useful, while those who require construction-specific workflows should consider a more specialized alternative.
