Our verdict on Pharo
Pharo is an outbound sales platform for solo representatives, small outbound teams, and larger sales organizations. It builds intent-based campaigns, pre-screens direct phone numbers, and connects representatives through parallel dialing. Its calling workflow includes voicemail drops, call recording and playback, AI-generated summaries, structured notes, live scripts, objection prompts, and Do Not Call list protection. Buyer-intent triggers can respond to hiring, funding, and technology changes.
Pricing starts with the Starter plan at $99 per user per month, billed monthly. It includes a two-line parallel dialer, 5,000 credits per month, a sub-200ms audio bridge, one caller ID, and native CRM synchronization. Pro costs $179 per user per month and adds four-line dialing, 20,000 credits per month, automatic spam rotation, AI playbook testing, and five caller IDs. Enterprise adds 8+ parallel lines, whole-CRM background enrichment, dedicated SIP trunks, SSO/SCIM, and a dedicated Slack channel. A seven-day free trial is available, while the product does not offer a free plan.
Pharo fits teams that want dialing, intent signals, data enrichment, and sales workflow automation in one system. Its integration set covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Outreach, Salesloft, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, giving CRM, data, engagement, and collaboration systems a place in the workflow. Starter is a reasonable fit for smaller outbound teams that can work within two lines and one caller ID. Teams needing more throughput, spam rotation, or AI playbook testing have a documented Pro path. Organizations looking specifically for predictive dialing or call-queue functionality should consider a product centered on those capabilities instead.
