Paymo is an online work and project management platform for freelancers, small businesses, and teams that need project delivery alongside billing. It brings together task management, project planning, resource scheduling, time tracking, collaboration, estimates, expenses, invoices, payments, and profitability reporting. Work can be organized through list, table, board, calendar, and Gantt views, with desktop and mobile applications available alongside web access. External collaborators can receive controlled guest access to selected projects, tasks, discussions, and documents.
The plan structure makes Paymo suitable for starting small and adding capacity as project needs grow. Free includes unlimited time tracking, unlimited invoices, one client, two projects, unlimited tasks, and task list view. Solo costs $5.90 per user per month with annual billing and adds flat-rate and retainer projects, three clients, five projects, calendar and Kanban views, guest access, and 5 GB of storage. Plus costs $10.90 per user per month with annual billing and adds unlimited users, clients, and projects, recurring tasks, timesheet reports, templates, proofing, and versioning. Pro costs $16.90 per user per month with annual billing and adds portfolio Gantt views, dependencies, employee scheduling, workload management, timesheet approvals, and leave management.
