Pagerly brings on-call scheduling and incident response into a product centered on Slack and Microsoft Teams. It suits small teams that want team-based billing rather than a per-user starting price. Core capabilities include round-robin and custom rotations, schedule overrides, shift swaps, multi-layer escalation policies, and paging by call, SMS, and email. Incident workflows add commanders, roles, timelines, handover reports, automatic incident creation, status pages, and uptime monitoring. iOS, Android, macOS, and web access support alert receipt and acknowledgement across devices.
The published monthly plans start with Basic at $19 per team per month. Basic includes round-robin rotations, Slack user-group synchronization, schedule creation and overrides, and rotation-change reminders. Starter costs $39 per team per month and adds PagerDuty and Opsgenie schedule synchronization, status pages, uptime monitoring, task management, auto-assigned tickets, and two-way synchronization with Jira, PagerDuty, and Opsgenie. Enterprise lists custom Slack workflows, customized incident response, a customized incident bot, and automated workflows on request. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card.
