Orba CRM is a cloud-based platform for real estate agents and brokerages that brings lead management, visual pipelines, MLS search, transaction workflows, marketing campaigns and scheduling into one system. Its AI features address lead qualification, scoring, contract and inspection-report analysis, email writing, compliance checking and home valuation. Individual agents can use the Monthly or Annual plans, while brokerages get administrative tools for routing, reporting, billing and agent imports. Web, iOS and Android access support teams working across devices.
Pricing is split between agent and brokerage plans. The Monthly plan costs $79.99 per seat per month and includes unlimited leads and contacts, 12 AI tools, email, SMS and drip campaigns, booking tools, MLS search, transaction management and a mobile PWA app. The Annual plan costs $699 per seat per year with the same listed capabilities.
