Our verdict on Oodrive Work

Oodrive Work is a secure collaboration platform for organizations managing sensitive information. It combines cloud storage hosted in France with configurable collaborative workspaces, secure internal and external sharing, real-time document co-editing, file version history and restoration, chat, video conferencing, and administrative controls. Support spans web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with desktop synchronization through WebSynchro and mobile security controls. It is aimed at businesses that need controlled document collaboration rather than basic file storage alone.

Pricing is structured around enterprise offers with contact-sales access. Work enterprise starts at 10 user accounts and includes 1 TB of storage per user account, secure external sharing, collaborative workspaces, SharePoint and Axway connectors, and the Oodrive API. Work enterprise SecNumCloud 3.2 also starts at 10 user accounts and includes 1 TB per user account, a SecNumCloud-certified dedicated private cloud hosted in France, data encryption via HSM, and SIEM security event management. The integration set covers Collabora Online, OnlyOffice, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Axway, making the platform a fit for established business environments.

Security and governance are central to the product's positioning. Organizations can manage permissions, sharing policies, authentication, activity reporting, and file versions, while multi-factor authentication and mobile controls extend oversight beyond the desktop. The France-hosted public and dedicated private-cloud options give buyers a clear path toward sovereign infrastructure requirements. Choose Oodrive Work when sensitive files, structured collaboration, and enterprise controls matter more than a simple consumer-style drive. Organizations that prioritize a published numeric price or a lightweight storage-only experience should compare alternatives.
