Our verdict on OnePlan
OnePlan is cloud-based event site planning software for event organizers, venues, agencies, local authorities, and operational teams. It supports indoor and outdoor events, from festivals and sports events to road events, traffic management, and crowd planning. Users can create to-scale plans on satellite, high-definition, and aerial maps; place infrastructure such as barriers, tents, toilets, vehicles, and signs; map workforce locations; and share plans with stakeholders. Multi-level layouts, measurements, exports, protected view-only links, and real-time collaboration extend its use beyond a simple venue floor plan.
Pricing is structured around a free entry point and two paid plans. The Free plan costs $0 per month and covers one event, up to 25 objects, a Google Satellite map option, a low-resolution watermarked PNG export, and Knowledge Hub support. Pro costs $99 per month on monthly billing or $82 per month when billed annually. It adds multiple events, unlimited objects on event plans, three levels per event plan, three PNG overlays, high-resolution PNG export, and CSV inventory export. Team costs $90 per seat per month monthly or $75 per seat per month annually, adding a Team Workspace, unlimited event plans and objects, up to six levels, six PNG overlays, roles and edit access, and onboarding and support materials.
The strongest fit is for teams that need a shared, map-based operational picture rather than a lightweight diagram. Area, capacity, barrier, and fencing measurements help with site logistics, while traffic routes, access planning, and crowd-management features address complex event movement. CAD, floor-plan, and overlay imports can connect existing planning materials to the event map, and view-only links support stakeholder review. The free tier is suitable for a small single-event plan, but larger events and collaborative teams will need a paid plan. Choose OnePlan for detailed site coordination and multi-team planning; choose another tool if you need a desktop application or only basic diagramming.
