OnceHub is an online scheduling and customer engagement platform for sales teams, service providers, recruiters, support organizations, and other expert-led teams. It supports published booking pages and dedicated links, two-way calendar synchronization, single-host, multi-host, and group meetings, automated confirmations and reminders, payment collection, routing forms, and team availability distribution. Web, API, and Chrome extension access support scheduling across websites and connected workflows.
Pricing is structured around a free Basic plan and paid seat-based tiers. Basic includes one user, one connected calendar, one booking link, a booking page designer, calendar integrations, and standard email and calendar notifications. Schedule costs $10 per user per month when billed annually and adds unlimited booking links, calendars, and meetings, plus group sessions, Stripe payments, website embedding, and custom integrations through APIs and webhooks. Route costs $19 per user per month annually and adds routing forms, round-robin distribution, priority-based distribution, meeting reassignment, and room scheduling. Engage costs $39 per user per month annually and adds unlimited chatbots and conversations, natural language processing, AI-driven and rule-based routing, live chat, and instant meeting handoff. Enterprise adds custom agreements, security and legal reviews, a dedicated success manager, and VIP support. A 14-day free trial is also available.
